RHEL 9.8 + Oracle 19.32 DB fails to start after VMWare VM migration to Hyper-V

RedHat Enterprise Linux 9.8
Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 19.32
Oracle Grid Infrastructure for Standalone Server 19.32 (ASM & HAS, NO-RAC)

Problem: VMWare VM was migrated to Hyper-V and Oracle database fails to start - ORA-00600 [kfk_rebuild_kfdrqs1].

[root@mondblnxora1 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 9.8 (Plow)


[root@mondblnxora1 ~]# rpm -qa | grep oracleasm | sort
oracleasmlib-3.1.3-1.el9.x86_64
oracleasm-support-3.1.1-5.el9.x86_64

[root@mondblnxora1 ~]# uname -r
5.14.0-687.44.1.el9_8.x86_64

[root@mondblnxora1 ~]# oracleasm scandisks
Reloading disk partitions: done
Cleaning any stale ASM disks...
Setting up iofilter map for ASM disks: done
Scanning system for ASM disks...


[root@mondblnxora1 ~]# oracleasm listdisks
ASMDISK1
ASMDISK2
