Facing issue while starting Siebel services IP24.10 - SBL-SCL-00135 Internal decryption failed

Hello Team,

Our SIT env is throwing below error, when we try to start Siebel services. Looks like gateway services was siebsvc process was killed while gtwy was runing. Post that we are trying to restart gateway and Siebel services byt facing issue.

Siebel IP 24.10. No upgrade or patch applied on this env. It was just killing of gtwy serv

  1. Gateway services is up and running
  2. odbcsql is connecting fine
  3. srvrmgr is connecting but shows all three servers are "Not available"
  4. Gatewy and two siebel servers are on Linux, while one siebel server on Windows.
  5. Siebel enterprise log shows SRBroker and SRProc getting terminated.
