RHEL 8.10 + Oracle 21.23 GI fails to start after VMWare VM migration to Hyper-V

Oracle Enterprise Linux 8.10
Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 21.23
Oracle Grid Infrastructure for Standalone Server 21.23 (ASM & HAS, NO-RAC)

Problems: VMWare VM was migrated to Hyper-V and Oracle Grid Infrastructure fails to start.
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.DATA.dg start" encountered the following error:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

[root@mcsdboralnx3 ~]# oracleasm scandisks
Reloading disk partitions: done
Cleaning any stale ASM disks...
Scanning system for ASM disks...

[root@mcsdboralnx3 ~]# oracleasm listdisks
ASMDISK1
ASMDISK2

[root@mcsdboralnx3 ~]# oracleasm status
Checking if the oracleasm kernel module is loaded: no (not required with UEK7)
Checking if /dev/oracleasm is mounted: no (not required with UEK7)
Checking which I/O Interface is in use: io_uring (KABI_V3)
