First Party Legal Establishment for new operating unit

Hello,

We are implementing the E-Business tax for a new operating unit under the same Legal Entity in Italy. There are 2 operating unit which already exist and Tax (Regime to Rate) setup does exist. We are going to create new Tax Regime, New Tax, New Tax Rates and Rules for the new operating unit.

My question is whether the party name as appearing under 'First party legal establishment' will remain the same for the new operating unit (in context of new regime to rate flow) ?

Please help.
