how do i apply the patch for Patch 40060015 on Oracle JRE 8 Update 511 ?

IS this true ? above not typically distribute individual binary patch files (such as a standalone incremental patch for a specific number like 40060015) for client-side or standalone JRE installations. Instead, Oracle releases full cumulative update versions—such as upgrading to the latest Critical Patch Update (CPU) release in the Java 8 family. [1, 2]
