WMS Mobile: Missing LPN and transactions after receiving in mobile putty.

in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

During Inbound receiving mobile telnet, users enter multiple item/LPN receipt lines by clicking <Next Item>. When they click <Done> after the last entry, only a portion of the entered LPNs is received successfully. User will have to receive those missing LPN/Items again. Before starting transactions we ensured that LPN status is 5.

Example: User received 30 LPNs in a shipment, but only 20 LPNs are successfully received; the remaining LPNs are missing from the receipt result. User will have to receive 10 LPNs again.

We observed a pattern in few occurrences that : User received 20 LPN for example (LPN1 to LPN20), first 7 LPNs were missing (LPN1 to LPN7). LPN8 to LPN20 received fine.
