Oracle Critical Patch Update for October 2026

I see that my database 19c 4th quarter combo (OJVM+DB) patch 40121635 is actually available on Oracle support website but at the same time it shows on Post Release Patches as available only 30-Oct-2026. Can I apply the patch that was actually on website since Tuesday Oct-20 2026 ? Confused…
