Patch emails from Oracle support this week

I got as expected the Oracle Critical Patch Update for October 2026 email from Oracle Security on October 20th and loaded the patch from the Oracle support site… but next day on Wednesday October 21st I got another email from Oracle 'Oracle Security Alert for CVE-2026-91403 . It does not seem that 2nd email applied to my version of Oracle (19c) but still confusing… Any ideas how should I interpret the second email and would it apply to my case (oracle19c database and OJVM) or it's OK if just apply the patch as of Tuesday 10/20 ?
