Not able to delete items from part list

Hi,

I have an items in part list which was issue (IM) wrongly. To delete these from part list. I have reversed issue (IM) and deleted the items but one item is not deleting. It is showing an error as " Delete not possible - Quantities Issued". When checked in F4111, I can see both IM i.e. one in negative and one in positive. What could be the issue, kindly suggest.
