How to calculate the size of the active/hot dataset within a database?

Hi!

Suppose there is a database with a size of 100 TB. Some amount of this data is actively used, while other part is pretty cold.

Which Oracle Database views can be used to determine the size of the active/hot data or evaluate the size of cold data?
How to calculate the size of the active/hot dataset within a database?

We think about new server and need to evaluate the flash cache size data (for hot ASM diskgroup) and spindle disk size for cold ASM disk group.

Is there methodics or whitepaper?
