How to prevent overriding tax amount in tax lines

I have created AR Invoice and tax is calculated. Upon clicking tax tab, I see the user has option of overriding the tax amount, tax rate details etc. I have unchecked the Allow Override and Entry of Inclusive Tax Lines, Allow Entry of Manual Tax Lines and Allow Override for Calculated Tax Lines but still end user is able to do this and enter new tax line as well. How to prevent this?
