Patched 19c OH DBCA takes a long time to create a database

This is because the templates are not updated to [ for example ] 19.32 by the RUs and so it runs datapatch during DBCA which for a 19.3 to 19.32 takes a long time

Is there any supplied script to update the supplied templates ? Vaguely remember this problem from the 1990s but is it just create my own templates every patch
