19c upgrade
Planing to upgrade 11.2.0.4 database to 19c on EBS 12.2.4 environment.
As per note KA1056, there are patches listes to be applied on EBS .

- Patch 19597008 - Included in 12.2.5.
- Patch 20251314 - Included in 12.2.5.
- Patch 25452805 - Included in 12.2.9.
- Patch 26052406 - Included in 12.2.9.
- Patch 26521736 - 19c interoperability patch for Release 12.2
