Generating xml from a procedure produces Premature end of data in tag LIST_P_TAXINVLINE line 26

Hi Guru's

I have developed a procedure that will be used in our customer invoice print program and this will in turn burst out per invoice to email. I am at the point where I need to xml to finalise the rtf (template), but when I run the custom program that must generate the xml I get this error.

I have looked at my open and closing tags but I just cant see an issue.

This is my procedure that build the tags:

BEGIN
/First line of XML data should be <?xml version="1.0"?>/
FND_FILE.PUT_LINE(FND_FILE.OUTPUT,'<?xml version="1.0"?>');
