Dear Community,

I raised an SR for CVE-2026-91403 (eMudhra intermediate CA compromise). Support asks for the usual prerequisites (OMS Holistic Patch etc.), so I would appreciate independent verification.

I followed MOS noteEM 13.5/24ai: How To Remediate CVE-2026-91403 And CVE-2026-114820 In Enterprise Manager For OMS And Agent. I cannot confirm that the agent JDK contains the fix.

Facts:
- Mozilla removed "emSign ECC Root CA - G3" in NSS 3.131.1 (Oct 20). Chrome is removing it by Oct 27. Several Linux distributions have updated ca-certificates.
- As far as I understand, the Java fix blocks the eight intermediates (blocked.certs). It does not remove the root from cacerts. So the root remaining in cacerts is expected.
