Patch 40022426 failed

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

I try to installed the patch in 2 differents intances and patch failed at the same place with following errored in the log :

    Using Context file          : /u01/install/APPS/fs1/inst/apps/CFDEV_aisdeviebs/appl/admin/CFDEV_aisdeviebs.xml

Context Value Management will now update the Context file

    Updating Context file...COMPLETED


    Attempting upload of Context file and templates to database...COMPLETED

*** Log file: /u01/install/APPS/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/151/20261027_083809/apply/aisdeviebs/40022426/log/autoconfig_124116.log
Context Value Management Complete. Check Logs for details
Option -log can only appear once

usage:
