Order line split and passing SSD in the same API call

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Our version is 12.2.8

I have a question. Is there a way to call the oe_order_pub.process_order only once to split the line and provide SSD to the new split line?

The reason I want to do in one call is, split line causing an update line acknowledgement table. and update SSD causing another update. since we consolidate and send EDI Order response to customer at the end of the day, we end up in sending the acknowledgement with duplicates.
