Before the call to inapcih().	In inliap.lpc, inapcih()
	vendorId = 579811 vendorSiteId = 195928 ....
	SQL Error in inapcih(). 
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1722 in inapcih()

Cause: inapcih() failed due to ORA-01722: invalid number
