Anyone built a query from Migration Tables to report whats been migrated to higher environments

in Siebel Operators: Administration, Installation, Updates (MOSC) Question

I am looking for a query to fetch the migration items that have been deployed to RR environments. I need to know who migrated, what are the siebel objects changed. Is it Asynch or synch migration.
