Patch 40118885: ATG CONSOLIDATED CPU POST INSTALL PATCH OCTOBER26 apply issue

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Anybody has problem to apply this patch? I am able to download this patch, but couldn't unzip it in PATCH_TOP. I have tried to unzip it outside of the server, and zip it back again. The zipped file size changed from 49mb to 22mb.

Howdy, Stranger!
