How to install Oracle 19c in Windows 2025 server and apply patch July 2026 (32) (re:compatibilty)

Hello - We have on-prem Oracle database servers on Windows 16 patched to 32 version. All single databases must be migrated to Windows 2025. Based on the initial google searches, there are issues with prerequisitess in both pahases:1) Oracle software install will fail and 2) Applying Patch July 2026 #39418910 will fail as well. In summary, Windows Server 2025 does not support the base 19.3.0 installation

I saw various AI recommendations, that supposedely won't work: set CV_ASSUME_DISTID=W2K22, create Oracle19c server binaries, use OPatchAuto / Software-Only Out-of-Place patching or an Image-Based Out-of-Place Installation, create a Gold image, the cleanest path: download the 19.27+ Gold image from MOS (my remark: this is impossible!), bypass the check on th Base Image (ignorePrereq), etc.
