RAC 2 node cluster

VERSION="8.10 (Ootpa)"
ID="rhel"
while applying patch, session is hanging at "Trying to apply SQL patch on home /opt/oracle/product/db/19100"

what we observer at the time of patch hangs.

  • No blocking sessions
  • No RAC lock chain
  • No TX/TM enqueue waits
  • PDBs open
  • Registry all components are VALID
  • Datapatch active in OJVM phase
  • All crs services are intact
  • No additional invalids generated
