How I Resolved Data Provider Internal Error

    Thank you Emrah  for providing the details on how you resolved your ODP.net problem.

    I posted on your thread on what I think may be happening and if you are using .net framework v2 then ODAC 10.2.0.2.x is a requirement (as the v2 libraries are not found in the base 10.2 client).
