    Hi,

    You will be able to generate sequential PO numbers if the Type is Global Purchase Order.

     Hi,
    You can generate PO Based on OU, this is base functionality. 

    Navigation for defining document sequence : Purchasing > Purchasing Options click on tab numbering.
