I think I posted this in the wrong area, moving it over to discussions....
Hello, I noticed this document shows as unanswered. I am assuming because it was originally submitted as a document (instead of a discussion).
Please see the the document titled "My Oracle Support Usage Tip: User Administration within My Oracle Support [ID 876413.1]" (https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&id=876413.1) specifically the section
Manage Users:
A Customer User Administrator can:
* Query by:
o Support Identifier - select a Support Identifier from the pull down
o User Status - select the status from the drop down on the right had side of table (choices are: Any Support ID Status, Approved, Pending, Suspended, and Extended).
o Search for a specific user by "User name or Email" - type in the name of the user or their email address and click on the magnifying glass.
* Grant user permissions such as the ability to download patches, edit systems or projects, create service requests, or access forums.
o Choose the user you wish to grant privileges to.
o Select the Show Users Details link for the specific user
o Select the privilege in the Support Identifiers section by clicking on its value and selecting the value for the LOV
# To grant admin privileges, choose the "Role" and change the value "User" to "Administrator"
# To remove a user, choose the "X" In the Remove column to the far right.
