FSCM 57 8.61.17 the Override Prompt Value column is not visible on Page and Field Configurator

We are upgrading to PeopleSoft FSCM Image 57 and noticed that the Override Prompt Value column is not available in Page and Field Configurator in either our DEMO 57 or Development 57 environments.

Navigation:Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator

Can someone explain why this column is not displayed? Screenshots are attached for reference.
