How to either show the custom record or a confirmation page

Hi,

This is for stores to request special order items from head office.

This all works well and is exactly what I was after HOWEVER at the mo, I have a basic html page after you click submit which basically says "success we'll review and process"

I am wondering can I pull in the "Number" allocated to that custom record which was created when they filled out the form?

So I could say "Your Special Order ref is #####"
