Internal NS customization request forms
Hi all, nearly all of our employees regularly request changes in NetSuite - we'd like to move to a more formal change request process (similar to Support Cases, which we currently manage our customer relationships with). The
Can anyone suggest a process which has worked well? Is anyone simply using Support Cases to this end? Should I look into the Knowledge Base functionality? We'd like the change process to begin with a request submitted by non-Admin employees.
