ODBC can't access custom field of a custom record

I am having problems accessing using ODBC a custom field of a custom record.

I defined a "Custom Record"  and had some field in the record. I have different field.. but not all of the field I can access using ODBC. 

Is there a rule in accessing the fields? What am I doing wrong?
