Role Based Emails

Hey Guys.

I am about to import a whole bunch of contacts... are lot of them are just role based contacts... eg;
shipping@companya.com
accounts@company.com.au

Whats the best practice to handle these kinds of contacts and email addresses? should they be entered as a contact?
