Replace Guest Shopper with Billing First and Last Name

I'm testing Reference Checkout 2.04.0 and every guest's user name is "Guest Shopper". I know this is in Models.js and I also know that this is "fixed" in the Denali Bundle.
However, is there another way to fix this issue? I mean, is there a way to NOT have "Guest Shopper" as user name, but just the full billing name? (without de Denali upgrade)

Any advise would be appreciated!
