NS4Outlook Connector stores GB of Error Logs?

edited Nov 22, 2019 5:53PM in CRM 1 comment

One of our employees running the NetSuite Connector for Outlook 2010 reported the following yesterday about his Win7 laptop:

I had 3705 “dump” files in the following directory “C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\NetSuite\NetSuite for Outlook\dumps”

Each of them was 8MB.

It took up over 27 GB! I have been trying to figure out why my hard drive had shrunk so much.

I had him delete the log files, as he needed the hard disk space, but this morning  he reported the following:

63 more dump files. It creates 21 each time I open Outlook.

How can I disable the error logs created by the Outlook Connector? This is ridiculous!
