Scenario: "Error: Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for custom record type Fulfillment Order Line to access this page. Please contact your account administrator."
Ensure the following permissions are TRUE.
I. Permissions
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Click Edit beside the role in question
- Navigate to Permissions Tab > Setup Subtab > Custom Record Types = Full
- On the same page, add Custom Entry Forms = Full
- Navigate to Permissions Tab > Lists Subtab > Add Custom Record Entries = Full
II. We can also modify the Access Type of the Fulfillment Order Line Custom Record to not require this permission. To do this, see steps below:
