The Newly Created Solutions Did Not Appear in the Lists > Support > Solutions.

Actual Result:
- The solution did not appear in the list of Solutions, but the Total number of solutions increased.
- The solution created is searchable in Global Search.
Example: Sol: This is a Test Solution – Knowledge Base Article
Expected Result:
- The solution should show up in the list of solutions.
Solution:
The title or the Solution may have a special character like <, {, [, ^, etc. and converting it into a text field sometimes gives the result of a CSV file with the message field shown in html format.
1.Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Search > New
2. Select Solution
3. In Results
