Bank Feed Suite App Connection Error
Has anyone else had an issue with the connectivity of the Bank Feed Suite App? We haven't been able to bring over transactions since 9/11. We opened case 3944164 and keep getting this as a response. (I already have communicated the error with our partner. I will make sure to keep on doing follow ups with their engineering team.) We have done numerous Zoom meetings walking through trying to reconnect and still can't get the charges to sync. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue. It is will all our bank feeds, PayPal, Amex.
