Persistent Transient Failure: System not accepting network messages
Anyone else having trouble with this error? We noticed on 10/1 emails stopped being delivered to some of our largest customers/vendors. We had changed nothing on our templates or email preferences. After troubleshooting for days with NetSuite customer support, we found out they migrated to SparkPost and one (possibly more) of their IP's is blocked by Proofpoint, a widely used cybersecurity platform.
NetSuite has filed a defect for this and it's currently at U3 (Defect 604333). If anyone else is experiencing these issues, please file a case with Customer Support.
