How do I import items and add multiple vendors for the same item?

I'm adding secondary vendors to 2000+ items that already have a primary vendor. I'd like to add the secondary vendor to all of the items via CSV import but I only see one vendor field. How do I setup the CSV import to include two vendors with associated rates?
