Import updates to Custom records - Internal ID
I am attempting to import updates to custom records and am running into the issue where I do not have the internal ID or record ID to use to link the CSV data to NetSuite custom records. I do have access to external ID field but I have not been populating this field so that does not currently help me. Just curious why this would not be exposed on import updates to help manage the data.
- Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
- Scan and Upload CSV
- IMPORT TYPE: Custom Records
- Record Type: {My Record}
- One File to Upload
- Import Options
