Delegate approver can't approve
Hello,
We have do delegate approval set up on the employee record.
we have do a purchase request who go the normally to the surpervisor of the user.
But with the delegation normally the notification and the permission of this purchase order must go to the delegate approver.
unfortunately the delegate approver don't recieve a mail for approve the puchase order and can't approve it, and more the delegate approver don't see this purchase request as pending approval on his reminders.
Can you help us to know why please ?
