Adding Case When Formula to Saved Search EMail notifications
I have a Transaction Search, for all new projects that sends out a notification to the field when new projects are created.
The search is showing (3) line items per project because there are (3) different transaction type documents associated with a project.
I was able to create 'case when' statements to pull only the document type that I was looking for, however the results are still showing each document separately instead of on one line. I can deal with that; but it would be great to have it on one line if possible.
I have been asked to add the OP# to the notification, however the only way to get the OP# is with a CASE WHEN formula. Is there a way to add a formula to an email notification?
