Special order items not committing after receipt
Im totally lost here and looking for help. We write sales orders for special orders all the time. Usually when the items are received the system automatically commits the items on the order. But sometimes it does not, and then we have no option to fulfill the order. Any one know why this is happening and how to commit the items now? Our preference is set to "PERFORM ITEM COMMITMENT AFTER TRANSACTION ENTRY". Any advice is much appreciated! :)
