Marketing campaign not getting executed.

Status is set to execute at 5.00 pm on11/27/2020, but haven't received any mail. It's still showing scheduled to execute at 5.00 pm on 11/27/2020. Tried doing this multiple times with different time and date, but it's not working. I even tried changing the customer group as well as email template. Still no luck. What would be the reason for this?
