HOW TO NOT COMMIT EXPIRED LOT?
Hi,
we have encountered a wrong behaviour for lot numbered item. In fact, if the lot is already expired (Expiration date before today date...) and if I select this lot on a sales order...
NetSuite commit this lot, but it return an error when I select the lot on the WMS mobile device!! It returns a message like: "Impossible to pick this lot, select an existing lot...".
If the user encountered this error it should returns back the pick task!!
It is possible to configure a setup to prevent commitment for expired lot?
I think it's the base for every customer business using lots.
