Send an e-mail when inventory adjustment in a specific location is saved

Hi,

since there is no standard Netsuite inventory adjustment approval workflow, we wanto to implement a transaction saved search to report to a company's CEO when an inventory adjustment is placed on a particular location.

Unfortunately I see that while there is a join option with the location fields on Receipt from Result options, these are empty.

Can someone help me find an alternative solution?
