Is there a way to validate emails as good?

There are mails for customer and contacts which are no longer are valid for the customer or contact. Invoices or Statements sent to any of these "bad" email prevent the document from being sent. This is true if there are multiple emails as recipients, even one bad email will prevent all the recipients from receiving the document.

Is there a way to proactively evaluate the emails and omit them from use?
