Incorrect Xignite Exchange Rates
This notice is intended for customers who have enabled the Currency Exchange Rate feature in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.
Due to an issue with Xignite between October 14 – October 15, 2020, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for the currency pairs IDR to GBP and GBP to IDR.
Based on our initial investigation, none of your transactions used the incorrect exchange rates. However, we still suggest checking your transactions, consolidated exchange rates (if applicable), and any other processes you have in place that use and rely on these exchange rates between October 14 – October 15, 2020, to ensure their accuracy.
