Quote Responses That Still Have <[email protected]>
Around January 15th we setup DKIM in our Production account. One of the main reasons that we even looked into this is to remove the "[email protected]” that is in the To and From emails.
When we set DKIM up, I followed the documentation in Suite Answers.https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/84593
One of my Customer Service Supervisors sent me 3 examples from January 20th where the "[email protected]” is still in the email address from on the response from the Customer. The 3 examples are Quotes. I will attach these to this Case.
