Internal Error: Phone number is missing - Request a quote for new customers
Hello,
We have this ongoing issue for a few months now. Was working just fine, then suddenly one day this feature stopped working. It is even happening on the Base Theme with no extensions.
When an unregistered user tries to submit a quote (using the Request a Quote feature from SC), after filling out the address and items, an error message pops up which says: Internal Error: Phone number is missing.
We required a phone number on the record and the field is filled out by the customer while inputting their address (which is required). Seems NetSuite is not submitting the phone number to the record or something.
