User cannot open page:tasks

edited Mar 17, 2021 11:01PM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

if the user tries to open the tasks page he get an error "An unexpected error has occurred....". But he can open open tasks by clicking on reminders "Tasks to Complete". He can create a new task and search for tasks from Activities -> Scheduling -> Tasks ->New or Search. This is really odd behavior. I need to allow this user to go to Activities -> Scheduling -> Tasks and be able to load the tasks page.

Thanks
