NetSuite WMS Receiving & Shipping best practice

We recently purchased NS WMS module. we installed below two bundles in our account.
- SCM Mobile
- Oracle NetSuite WMS
All the WMS features are setup and WMS System Rules are enabled. Now we are stuck are the receiving part for the barcode scanning.
All our items are lot numbered items and UPC code is set on all the items. And we are using vendors barcode to scan the items (since we are just distributors, we don't assemble or manufacture). When we scan the vendors barcode along with the UPC code, it includes lot number & expiry of the product.
